Box Office Manager
Responsible, under the direction of the Managing Director, for daily Box Office operations including ticketing, emails, phone calls, and reporting while creating and maintaining strong patron relationships. The Box Office Manager will attend all performances and handle ticketing and any patron issues. Serve as Volunteer Manager, maintaining contact lists, creating sign-up sheets, and supervising volunteers on performance days.
This is a full-time, salaried position of $45,000 plus fully employer-paid medical and dental insurance, paid time off and paid sick leave.
Production & Facilities Manager
Responsible, under the direction of the Executive Director, for the management of productions including scheduling, staffing, tech, and facility maintenance. The Production & Facilities Manager works closely with production designers to ensure work is completed on time and on budget as well as providing practical assistance as needed. The Production & Facilities Manager is present for all events.
This is a full-time, salaried position of $45,000 plus fully employer-paid medical and dental insurance, paid time off and paid sick leave.
