The game is afoot! Sherlock Holmes has gone missing and it is up to his ragtag gang of street urchins – the “Baker Street Irregulars” – to solve the mystery. As they match wits with the criminal mastermind Moriarity himself, can this group of orphans, pickpockets, inventors, and artists solve the case and bring Sherlock home?
Seeking:
Youth actors ages 10-18 to play various roles in our next Studio Series production, SHERLOCK HOLMES: THE BAKER STREET IRREGULARS. The Growing Stage celebrates and encourages diversity in all of our productions. The Growing Stage is a professional company dedicated to presenting quality theatre for the entire family.
Preparation:
Open call. Attendees will be asked to participate in audition exercises and do readings from the script. As this is an open call, meaning no appointments are necessary, the length of the audition will be dependent upon the number of attendees. In general, we do not go beyond 2 hours. Parents are welcome to stay and observe the audition process.
Rehearsal Schedule:
Rehearsal schedules are generally two or three evenings during the week and a weekend afternoon. All cast members are expected for all performances, with no exception since the company does not cast understudies. Please be sure to bring any conflicts (i.e., any standing out dates) to the audition in order to make the production team aware of them.

January 25th through January 29th, 2025
Performance Schedule:
January 30th through February 2nd, 2025: Thursday and Friday at 7:30pm, Saturday at 4pm, and Sunday at 2pm.
